How long will I have access to my courses on ExamPro?
Most course plans offer 12 months of access to the materials. After the 12 month period you will need to repurchase the course to retain access
I was watching the free-tier version of the course fine, but after upgrading to the paid version I can no longer see the videos?
The paid version of our courses use Vimeo.com as a backend video source. Check Vimeo is not restricted on your network by going to Vimeo.com and playing any random video.
I purchased a course previously through AntoniT, do I need to re-purchase it again on ExamPro?
No, if you purchased a course on AntoniT you will automatically receive free access on the ExamPro platform under the same terms. Contact support@exampro.co if you are having trouble with your access.

Stripe doesnt support payments from my country, do you accept PayPal?
Yes we officially accept Paypal now. During your checkout process simply click on the PayPal button at the bottom of the purchase form
Do I need to cancel my subscription so I am not charged again?
No, all course plans on ExamPro give access from a single 1-time payment only. There is no subscription to cancel, you will never be charged a second time without explicitly purchasing another course.
How do I delete my payment card information from ExamPro?
You don't need to, at ExamPro we never save your payment information in the system. Because our plans are 1 time payment only we dont persist your personal information.
